Nikkah Ceremony

The Nikah is a religious ceremony for Muslim couples, where they legally wed under Islamic law. It's a Prophetic tradition and the only acceptable way that a couple can be married. Since two partners cannot be intimate unless the Nikah has taken place, the ceremony legitimizes the relationship in the eyes of God.
